First time house cleanings can take anywhere from 4 to 8 hours depending on the size of your home and the level of buildup present. We recommend a deep cleaning the first time we come to clean your home. This gives us the opportunity to address areas of the house that may have been neglected for a while. Without starting with a deep cleaning, the maintenance cleanings will not be as effective and you may not be happy with the results.
Initial or deep cleanings include everything you find in our premium package plus wet washing ceiling fans, light fixtures, baseboards, cleaning tops of kitchen cabinets and much more! Our deep cleaning checklist includes all the services performed
during maintenance cleanings, plus the following:
- Wet wipe ceiling fans & light fixtures
- Clean tops of kitchen cabinets
- Clean exterior of all cabinets
- Wet wipe all exposed baseboards
- Vacuum all wall, ceiling & exhaust vents
- Wet wipe door moldings, trim & locks
- Edge carpets with crevice tool
- Move and vacuum under furniture
- All wall hangings cleaned
- Remove all cobwebs and thorough dusting
* High surfaces and fixtures must be reachable with a 3-foot step ladder. We will not remove any large or delicate light covers or wall hangings due to the risk of breakage.
